I’ve started using p90x for my daily workouts but don’t know how to log them in because i do not know how many calories I am burning.... any suggestions or does anybody else use p90x??

your best bet is to get a heart rate monitor and track your calories burned that way, and then log them into your cardio exercise.0

i use map myrun.com to log my workouts then just "create" a cardio workout for the amount it says i burn
