    I had not idea you could do all that with cauliflower I am going to have to try some of these.

    I boil mine and whip it like i do mash potatoes, usually no milk is needed as its moist enough and i cook it with sea salt and add parmesan cheese. Im not a big vegetable person but it seems to do the trick for me. You can also add butter to taste but i decided for me it was best to omit. Enjoy!

    I tried the Cauliflower pizza crust on Monday. It was SO good! I didn't get it to firm up -- I think I need to bake it a little longer. But it tasted pretty close to the real thing, despite having to eat it with a fork.

    I have also done the mash potatoes and rice. Pretty good substitutes!

    I tried this recipe during the week and it was beautiful, especially with the yoghurt dipping sauce. Even my kids ate it.
