Very stupid NSV

Hello,
I've just established a non-scale victory on my part. I have gone from not being able to wrap my fingers round my opposite wrist and meet them at the other side (at a BMI of 32.6) to being able to wrap and meet both the thumb-and-middle-finger, and the thumb-and-ring-finger. Comfortably!
As a result, I can wear my watch again. My hands look less like flippers, and the bone on the outer side of the wrist is starting to become visible again.
Hope this helps - at the right time in weight loss, this is a good measurement, and is really rewarding when it happens.

Heehee, not stupid at all. I did it too. Was checking if my fingers would meet all the time and did a happy dance, when it finally happened. It's so rewarding to see all the little changes. And it's also very motivating.0
