I have a question, maybe someone out there has the answer. I work 4.5 hours as a cashier at Walmart 4 night s a week. Does anyone know how many calories I burn while I'm working? I am 6'1" tall and weigh 294.6 pounds. I can't find any info anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get an accurate count? Any help would be great!

Hi...what setting is your activity set as? If it is anything above sedentary, I would count it as exercise possibly. If you are doing lots of lifting and walking then you might want to change your setting up to light active. I do a lot of standing at my job (10 hour days) but I have mine set as sedentary and only count actual exercise that I do. I just consider any standing up at work as a bonus. Hope this helps.0

Like cgarcia said...here's a link to edit it http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
then go to where it says "How would you describe your normal daily activities?"
And select Lightly Active.0
