My dad found an article from THE FLAT STOMACH FOOD GUIDE and I found it very interesting since it differed with MFP on some things. Most things the two agreed on. Here's where they differed: 1) Adults should consume 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day. 2) For weight loss adults should take in 25 to 35% of protein a day. For maintaining weight adults should take in 20 to 25% of protein a day. 3) Adults should not consume more than 2300 of sodium.

    nice since i am aiming for a flat stomach vs. losing weight and i eat a lot of fiber!
