Well, tomorrow makes one week since I've started this diet and I need to weigh. I am so dreading getting on that scale cuz everytime I think ive lost weight, ive either gained or stayed the same. I really wanna get on it and it be good, happy news but I'm so nervous. I just hope and pray I've lost at least 3 lbs because I've been working out alot and eating alot less that usual. wish me luck! :indifferent:

Good luck! Make sure to update! And if the scale doesn't move, try not to be too hard on yourself... sometimes you lose inches before weight.0

Good luck. But don't get discouraged if you don't get the results you are expecting. I went a week without losing and lost over 2 lbs the next week. You have to just keep going, the weight will come off. I would like to lose 2-3 lbs a week, but if I have a week I don't lose or only lose 1 lb, I just make some adjustments to my exercise routine and look forward to the next weigh in. Don't give up!!!0

I know the feeling. I feel like I've made a lot of progress and like the way my body is changing, but the scale itself doesn't reflect those changes yet.0

Good luck! I'll add you to my prayers. I know exactly how you're feeling. I had a really slow start and I even gained weight so I got discouraged and quit within 2 weeks, but I decided that I wasn't gonna give up and I tried again. I re-started on the 1st and I've lost a total of 6 pounds this month alone. I originally started on 2/14. The beginning might be slow, but you'll eventually start losing and you will not dread the scale as much as you did before because those numbers WILL be smaller.0

I was terrified the first time I got on the scale last week. I was so scared because I knew that if I didn't see any progress when I had worked sooooo hard that I would end up giving up before I even really began. But when you think about it one week is nothing. It didn't take one week for me to become 313 lbs and its gonna take a helluva lot longer for me to get down to 157! Luckily I stepped on that scale and lost 3lbs. But week 2 I only lost 1.5. So Its really a week to week thing. And a day to day battle of making the right choices. I believe you can do it and I dont even know you. Honestly the scale means nothing, what really matters is how amazing you feel knowing that you've made the good choices.0
