My First Weigh In

I lost 6 lbs. this week. I was in hospital Wednesday...had Heart Cath done..no blockages found. Praise the Lord !!!

    WAY TO GO!!! My first weekly weigh-in is next Tueday, but my dailies are giving me some good numbers to average.
