HRM and J. Michaels Workout

Hey guys!
I just got my HRM in the mail today before I worked out so of course I was excited to try it out and finally find the amount of calories I burn with the 'Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism' DVD w/ J. Michaels. Before I got the HRM I was logging the workout under circuit training, general for cardio for 40 minutes and it would calculate like 386 or so calories. Well, I don't know if I just didn't set up the HRM right or what but at the end of the 40 minutes it said I burned 875 calories!!! There is no way that can be right.
Is there anyone out there that does the same workout or similar workout with a HRM? I am curious as to what they burn so I can figure out how off that really is. I am bummed because I want to put an accurate calorie burn for today's exercise. Blah!
Thanks in advance for the responses! :]

Thanks, Kate_UK...I noticed we are close to being the same height and and weight so that makes me feel better. I'll just go ahead and log it as such.0

I burn 360 calories doing that workout. I'm 115lbs. My husband is 230 and he burns about 700 doing it and he half *kitten* it at times. So you very well may have burnt what it says! I love that workout! It's actually 54 minutes though including warm up and cool down.0
