    I agree with danamfinn. I know I'm making progress, but when I see people that haven't seen me in a while they think it's a drastic change. I'm like "It's only 15 lbs and I have so much more to go!" But it does give me some encouragement to keep going. I just hope that I don't have that disease where you look in the mirror and see something totally different from reality.
