I proved to myself I can do anything when I gave up smoking last year, every day I told myself 'the question is not can, I its will I?'. This got me through each day then - and it's doing so again now when I'm changing my eating habits and getting out to exercise when I don't feel like it. The buzz I get from walking a couple of miles and earning extra calorie rights is great!! I use dailymile app to track my exercise and then its easy to update mfp and see what else I can treat myself to because I earned it..... Good luck with you goals....
