Good afternoon everyone, i joined my fitness pal 2 days ago to use food diary and it is fantastic as i use it to plan my meals for the day in advance and can edit it later if i change mind about something or have a blip. I am currently following a low calorie and low fat diet along with xenical. Have a serious amount of weight to lose 10 stone~ eek but not just doing it to lose weight also just want to improve my general health and lifestyle.

Hope to meet like minded people working towards the same goal and wish everyone else luck in their own journeys

    same here i joined on thursday, my mom told me about this site and this is so awesome. I am a mother of four and i have not been able to lose any of my "baby" weight. I am doing this for not only myself but my family. My goal is to lose 114 pounds. Good luck
