Hello I am new here too! I found this site through an app on my phone, and wow to my surprise I found the entire site too! Like an added bonus! I have been on a diet for two months now. The first month went really good, the next month is still good but not as good as it could have been. I go back to the doctor Tuesday, for what Ilike to refer to as the walk of shame, haha! My oldest daugher, (who blessed me with a granddaughter) are doing this together. Hopefully we will win this battle together too!

    i send good luck to you both for this hard road that we all travel together. keep strong and dont beat yourself up if you fall, some one will be ther to pick you up and put you back on that road.
