im only 2 years older than your daughter and to have pcos at this age really sucks but please do not give her the option to exercise. MAKE IT MANDATORY. i've been there going through high school depressed and insomniac is a horrible experience and will really ruin that time of her life
i dont even go to the gym i do mostly calisthenics and cardio in my own room and it has helped me to slim down and helped my sleeping habits. no child should need anything on a constant basis to sleep.
you can friend me if you want or allow her to join and friend me. ill be happy to help0 -
I'm 22 years old, Found out I have PCO's when I was 15... I find it really hard to lose weight and if i lose any weight it doesnt seem to stay off me for long.. I get very weak so I need the Carbs its something that is vital to me.
It sucks that its harder for us to lose weight
Sometimes i just think about giving up... Because no matter how hard i exercise i dont lose anything
Good luck to all you girls out there
