im having a baked chicken burger from chicken baron not sure what sides yet tho???

    I'm babysitting so I think I'm going to pack a sandwich & animal crackers to munch on later.

    I had pork chops, rice and cucumbers with Greek yogurt dip. All for under 400 calories!! Now for dessert, apple strudel =)

    baked cod fillet with lemon and lots of fresh boiled beets (i <3 them..they taste like candy to me)

    corn tortillas, vegetarian refried beans, shredded cheese, fat free four cream, wholly guacamole and shredded cabbage! yum!

    grilled chicken and grilled lobster in a mushroom, broccoli, asparagus, onion, zucchini, and pepper stirfry. I love that my wife could be a professional chef.

    I made cajun seasoned tilapia over a bed of polenta and topped with a homemade tomato garlic sauce. sooo good

    My husband is the main cook here. He is making Lemon Chicken Piccata (sp?), with pan-seared carrots and angel hair pasta. I'm hungry!

    sounds like some great yummy meals since i still have over 300 calories and i plan to try out a new exercise video after dinner i am having a chicken cheeseburger with a little mustard on top of one sara lee whole grain thin bun with steamed roasted red potatoes and a salad

    I made a massive salad earlier, then had a pitta with tuna mayo, mozzarella and cucmber later on. I don't eat at normal times so pick whichever for dinner :tongue:
    I'm just about to go make something else so I might be back to add something later!

    Mine was 1c brown rice, 1c no salt added black beans, 1tbs 2% cheese, and 2tsp reduced sodium taco seasoning. YUM!
