I kow some people who move their tickers back but I'm not one of them!! I keep it where I was!
You said you'd been snacking a lot? Has that upped your sodium? There isn't really a reason for you to have actually gained weight if you're calories have been good.
Hopefully it's just water weight and it'll come off in no time.

Trying dialing down the carbs to 35 percent and see if your still hungary, I have yoyo diet all my life and by going low carb I found my cravings and being nervious and hyper had disappeared.0

Just focus on the lifestyle change when it comes to diet and exercise. When I used have roadblocks, I would look back at how much healthier I had been eating and the results of regular exercise. Keep it up!0

Without being able to see you diary, I can't comment specifically, but just remember, that it's not just staying within your calories, but what those calories consist of. Try to stay away from processed/canned/packaged and fast foods and stick with fresh fruits/veggies, good carbs, proteins, dairy. Remember a 100 calorie apple is much different from a 100 calorie bag of cookies.
And definitely watch your sodium. If you haven't already, turn on sodium in your diary and you'll be amazed at what you take in. Sodium was a big thing for me.
Also, make sure you are weighing yourself on the same day and at the same time of day. Weight fluctuates daily and at different times of the day.0 -
