    Hi....I'm fairly new one here too.....just 20ish days and I would love to meet new people. I have lost 30 pounds since December 13th and I have 115 more to go so I too need all the support I can get too. Anyone feel free to add me. I'm 51 with 3 children and 2 granddaughters. I quit smoking in 1991 and gained a whole other me.....ugh but am well on my way to finding myself again. We can do this, one day, one meal, one decision at a time!
