Frisch's Big Boy - need nutrition info

Can anyone help?

Went to Frisch's today - I had the Chicken club wrap - which normally comes with fried chicken, I had grilled chicken instead- remainder was fairly good for you - lettuce, carrots, cheese, light ranch sauce and roasted red pepper wrap.

I cannot seem to find any two items on their menu that I can compare fried vs. grilled.

Any help on what difference in nutritional differences would be would be helpful. For now I've entered it as the chicken club wrap.

Thanks!

They still have those around? They used to have them when I lived in Indiana and I loved it but they all closed up!

No, I found that one, but I have had trouble finding the difference in nutrition between grilled and fried chicken there. Thanks for the input though.

Yes, Frisch's is not far from you - I know of quite a few in Ohio and Kentucky - depending on what part of Indiana you're in - might not be too far of a drive to one!

A lot of restaruants have their nutrition guides on their websites. So look up the restarant and hopefully they have what you need.

Tried that - they don't have it on their site. Also can't find anything when I googled so many things for it too. I tried Frisch's fried chicken and grilled chicken in so many ways I can't think of any other way to compare them. I did find a location that has a different bun, with hamburger with and without the bun, but since the bun is different, it won't be an accurate number for me to use... The chicken sandwich is a top and bottom, the big boy (hamburger) has 3 slices making bun...
  • I know its not the same but McDonalds has both the grilled and fried chicken wraps that you can see what the difference is.

perhaps make an estimate of the amount of grilled chicken in the wrap and add that onto the wraps value (that you already have) but do the same with the fried chicken and take that off the total value. some times it's the only way!
  • I was wondering what the grilled one is without the bun. I don't care for buns and I rarely eat them. I am guessing 150 or so? I wrote to them to ask them but it looks like it is a big, dark secret.
