of a good place to buy a cute skirt. I'm looking for a cute almost tutu ish skirt thats gonna be at least knee length on a 5ft3 in girl

    maybe check out Forever 21. Their skirts run pretty short mainly, and since I'm 5'1, they fit me perfectly.

    old navy has a ton of cute spring skirts right now! i was just there yesterday!
