I am 39 years old mother of two with a very support husband and family. I have dieted my whole life with little results. Recently, I saw the endocrinologist and was diagnosed as glucose intolerant. She gave me two years and I would be full blown diabetic. The doctor prescribed a diet for me essentially low carb. So far it seems to be working although slowly. I also had a hysterectomy last year which hasn't helped anything.
I have a job that requires more than 40 hours per week so exercise time is hard to come by. I fit it in whereever I can. I just finished my sixth 5K race yesterday!! So I wanted to share my journey and seek encouragement from others who are in the same struggle.

I have to agree. You are right on track in my opinion. The slower it comes off the more likely it will stay off. Feel free to friend me if you like. Hope you have a great weight loss success. Take one day at a time.0
