What's up guys?

The the strory goes:
I was a member of this site starting in the summer of 2009. At that time, I weighed 262 lbs at 5'8". I used the site for a while and it really helped me realize what I was consuming and burning. I lost about 15 lbs and essetially stopped using the site. I figured my eyes were opened and I can do it on my own, as long as I stay disciplined. Fast forward to today...I now weigh 205 lbs and am finally grasping some of that ever illusive self-confidence. I am however at a bit of a plateu (or at least seeing slower results) and decided to refresh my bonds with this place and dig out another 20 lbs.

I have managed to lose 57 lbs thus far and I owe it to the old adage of eating right and excersizing. People say it does not work because they are not willing to put in the hard work; people want a miracle work out/diet.

I say to all, work hard, maintain discipline (this site helps greatly with that) and we can all achieve our goals.

I agree with what you said. There are no miracle diets. It takes hard work, exercise and discipline!
