Anyone have a recommendation for an Iphone App to log cardio, strength training etc? Um, hopefully free or cheap. LOL

Right now I am putting it in notes, but it is a pain to type everything out each time. I would rather fill in what I did. You know lazy. LOL

The My Fintness pal app logs exercise as well as food and it automatically adds it to your profile.

Touch the add button and touch cardiovascular or strength depending on which you do.

Doesn't the app for this site allow you to do that? I can log my exercise using my MFP app on my Android phone.

Can you not log it using the MyFitnessPal app on your phone?? My husband has an iPhone and he puts his in that way. The actual app is called "Calorie Counter" by MFP.

If you already have the MFP iPhone app, just go under My Diary, Add, then touch Cardiovascular. You will be able to enter your exercises there. It's really easy!

    Good luck!
