    Wow that is so awesome..how long did it take you?

    What is your secret? Any tips for a new person just starting out? I started at 172 and want to be 150 eventually...but I have tried to lose weight many years ago without much success. I joined WW and managed to lose 5 or 10 lbs only to have the weight come on again. I have lost a few pounds this first week, but my guess it is just water weight.

    Thanks for any help you can give!

    I just set up my account....I am starting tomorrow....please give some tips...It very difficult for me to stay in a diet and lose weight.

    I set up my goal tp 1 pound a week, it this is ok ???
