I'm new at whole weigtht loss thing anybody got any advice

    I think that the best advice is that even if you have a bad day and go over your calories, it's not the end of the world. Just start again the next day.

    Welcome!i agree,don`t let 1 bad day mess you up for good.Also don`t let the scale be the only gauge to your success!

    Hello Everyone,

    I am new my username is 2blueyes. I am 52 yrs. old and am a single parent of a 16 yr.
    old typical young man. I have several issues that I truly believe contribute to my situation.
    I have type2 diabetis, and have had several surgeries. I have a hard time moving around
    much and I am always without any energy. I really need to exercize A LOT but hate doing
    it by myself. I would like to loose 50 lbs. before school starts next year, is that too soon?
    I am in a wonderful class in church, that promotes well-being with a Christian attitude.
    Can anyone relate????
