I have both the Sunbeam and Health O Meter scale...one of them is digital, however the one that is digital comes out around 3 pounds more. I really don't understand and its fustrating! Anyone experienced this and what do you rely on? Digital or Non?

I have a digital and a dial scale. The digital says I weigh 5 pounds more than the dial but I started with the dial so thats the weight I use. I have noticed when I lose weight I drop the same amount on each scale.0

I have the same problem. I go with the digital because it says I'm heavier. I'd rather find out later that I weigh less, than find out that I way more. But that's just how I am. I think you just have to go with what feels right for you.
Also, my digital calculates body fat and hydration, and it saves the last 12 weigh-ins. It wins hands down. Good luck!0 -
as long as you use the same scale each time it doesnt matter ......... youll still lose0
