Sorry this is so late but I just got home from work! Our word for the week is water! Because I am finding lately I forget to drink at work.

I think I did good this week, so can't wait!!!! And Skinny, I think I've drank all the water you need, but drinking one 1.5 liter bottle at least a day for hte last few days. . .bought a deer park bottle for just this reason, fill it every morning, t hink I've drunk 16+ glasses today!!!0

It's been another crappy week for me too. My schedule is soo messed up b/c of work and getting sick. Also, TOM was 5 days late and I was retaining water SUPER bad for about two weeks. I just don't think I lost anything at all. Praying for a maintain this week.0 -

Good luck everyone with your weigh-ins todays!
I am a bit nervous about weighing-in... So, I am waiting until after my workout Over the past 2 months I have had so much going on (strep twice, stomach virus, flu... and my little girl was sick for 3 weeks and her dr couldn't figure out what was going on and she kept getting worse so I was worried and super busy with her... then my grandma who raised me ended up in the hospital with heart problems... etc), that I have really slacked at keeping up with tracking my food... because at the end of the day I end up having to do other things when I get online, and MFP didn't have an app for my bb (I just saw they now have MFP for BB's!!!! so I will be updating my cell in a few and that will really help, b/c I use my cell forever thing).
But in all fairness, it hasn't helped, that I am a super picky eater. A lot of times there is just nothing I will eat so I don't eat or I don't eat something healthy! Then I feel like a failure so I don't track it....
Sorry for all of the venting/rambling! I just wanted to let you know what I have been a total posting slacker... I was doing so well at the start of the year and fell over track. I have set a goal to get back on track with tracking my foods/workouts/etc. And to be more supportive of fellow dieting buddies!!!!! Everyone here is doing so well... Having this Monday weigh-in is helping me lose, and keeping that part on track for me... Thank you for that!0 -
I'm out this week! Suspected I would be - totally watched everything I ate last week but 5 days into that, and I had gained 4 lbs (TOM) and then Saturday we had a super fun, planned weekend full of food, drinks and friends. I had expected this last week to be a challenge, but with TOM being thrown in the middle of it, (and the worst in over 3 years :frown: ), I was pretty sure I would have a gain today...and sure enough, I did. Sometimes, our bodies are just not fair to us!!
Will miss you gals :sad: !!! Let me know if/when there will be a round 3, because I would love to join again. This is such a great way to keep focused and motivated. So...keep on losing gals and hope to see you all soon in a new challenge! :bigsmile:

Woo hoo! I actually think I was this last week but by the time I found my scale it was just after I had eaten. So, I recognize the loss this week. Either way I've finally moved on the scale. Its been awhile. I need to keep this up.

I normally find it easier on the weekends b/c I am always so busy... Plus I am a stress eater, and all of my stress comes about during the week. Although my husband doesn't make it easy for me on the weekends... He likes to eat (but is skinny & in shape)!0 -

I thought I ate better on the weekends, but i'm realising I actually eat worse, because I'm on the run doing various things. . like Saturday when to NJ for a doggy event, forgot to pack a lunch, and was starving, so ended up at Wendy's :P Vs work I have something at all times in my desk for eating LOL0 -

Weekends are definitely harder for me - I always weigh more on Monday than I do on Friday - but as long as my Friday to Friday and Monday to Monday weights are going down, I figure I'm heading the right direction - lol0 -

I eat out of boredom too That is one thing I said I was changing at the start of the year... and I have did really well with not eating when I am bored... I have tried to do other things like play a game, take random pictures, etc. It has been helping.0 -

You shouldn't!!! You had did awesome... 62 lbs since Oct is amazing!!! Be proud. I am proud of you and you are pushing me to get skinny by 29 too0
