boy have I ever messed up.
the last 4 weeks have been awful, I went on vacation and the whole time we ate out, and I’ve been back for 3 weeks and I can't get back on track, because of this I’ve have gained back 6 pounds, I just want to give up. I feel worthless and I’m not worth the time. that I messed up big time and there will never be any thing good for me. how can I kick these thoughts to the side and go back being so happy about what I was becoming. help!

Hey girl....:flowerforyou:
First of all, welcome back!!!:flowerforyou: You did the right thing!!
And now, stop worrying about the past and focus on the here and now and how you're going to haul your bum back up here on this wagon and get that ticker moving in the right direction!
 :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:  :drinker:

Know what I noticed? Everything you said you did (which I've done) SKINNY people do it as well!
The reason they stay a healthy weight is they don't make that their permanent lifestyle. So we can follow that example. Just ignore the past and focus on today.0 -

remember it serves no purpose to beat yourself up about what happened yesterday, just makes you feel bad, and who wants to feel bad all the time. Put it behind you and leave it there. Today is a new day.0

Hey first of all, 6lbs is no big deal - you were 'bad' for a month, hey come on, you were on holiday.
The main thing here is did you enjoy yourself at the time? If yes, GREAT :drinker:
Now... you're here, so you're obviously ready to get back on the bike, so start peddlin and forget about it girl!
WELCOME BACK  :drinker: :flowerforyou:
Wish I could go on holiday for a month, eat out every night and ONLY gain 6lbs !!!!
Way to go, you obviously still consciously or unconsciously took care!0 -
Yeah!!! Don't Quit!! Just get right back to how you know to live and get on with it GIRL!!! :flowerforyou: :bigsmile:0

It's over!!!
