11 pounds and 1 month later (pic)

I have to say, I didn't think there would be that much of a difference in 11 pounds and 11 inches gone, but there is!! The picture is from my 1st 4 weeks of my weight loss journey. I'm now coming up to the end of my 2nd 4 weeks. I can't wait to see what that picture will look like!

    wow what a great job tomorrow is my second weeks weigh in while doin mfp hope its a good one. lol. last week i had lost inches but gained a pound i guess inches is still great though huh??

    That is AWESOME!! Good job!

    I always think of pounds this way: one pound equals FOUR sticks of butter. You've lost 44 sticks of butter!! :)

    Oh my!! That is brilliant! So far I have actually lost 72 sticks of butter! Kind of gross, but I'm glad to get rid of them!
