I'm new here and need some help. I am a big snacker and I really need to shed some pounds.

    Snacking is better then eating a huge meal. You sould eat six small meals a day.
    Just becareful not to snack on the wrong foods. Choose more healthy snacks.
    And just remember at the end of the day to make sure you are under your calorie goal and you should be fine.

    stock up on nuts, fruits, yogurt . . . and get rid of any junk food that tempts you. welcome to mfp!

    I've replaced my bored eating with drinking water. I eat 6 times a day but when I find myself sitting on the couch relaxing craving something, I just drink water.

    I HATE plain tap or bottled water so this has been a huge change for me. But it does help with snack cravings

    Snacking is hard to resist!! But you can do it. Drink more water and eat more fruits and veggies. good luck!!
