CArdio & shred it

Question i do cardio 5-6x per week usually treadmill for at least 50 min jogging and i do 2 days per week of strength training i want to do the shred it by jillian Michael's wondering am i suppose to do the dvd everyday???

    The video is set up to do 10 day on each level for 30 days....

    but you can do it however you want!!!

    I mix it in on mornings when I have less time as it is only 25 minutes.....you will probably start at level 2 or even 3 if you are already doing alot of strength training. Great fast all-over workout

    For the best results I would do it everyday ... 10 days on each level.

    its the SHRED-IT with weights by jillian not 30 day shred!! does that matter??

    Thats what I have too. I personally think that just 20min everyday is not enough....thats why I use it for my time crunch days. But if you were still doing your running then its a great add in :)
