Big Tip on how to lose belly fat

I keep reading all kinds of posts referring to "How do I get flat abs?" or "How do I get rid of my belly fat?" So I thought I would write this post. The key is a combination of cardio, strength training, rest/recovery AND nutrition.
I personally do not like to use the word "diet" because it conotates restrictions. Eating healthy is a lifestyle and I simply make "choices" of what to eat and what not to eat. So although the information comes from an article called the "Abs Diet", it is just referring to a nutrition plan. Change the way you think and you'll change the way you eat!
