Dancing is the answer!

Hi all, I am new to the site and really like it. Let's add a new way to burn calories ..dancing, salsa, merengue, r&b, hip hop etc instead of spending 30 minutes running on a treadmill and getting bored after 10 minutes!!

    I agree! I've been going to a zumba class every Saturday, and I LOVE it!! It is so much fun.
