Hi all ... it says to try and drink 8 cups of water a day... how big is the cup supposed to be??

My advice on getting in all 8 servings. Start out your day with 2 servings. right after you get up. Will help get your metabolism started for the day too. Once you get the hang of drinking water when you eat, which is tough for most people, you will find it much easier to get in 8+ servings a day.
Remember water counts as 0 on your calorie intake. So you are basically making your body process nothing, which keeps your metabolism working, and your liver needs water to process fat. If you don't give your body enough water then you will store the fat.

I've always had water with my meals, i was bought up doing that, so i'm finding it easy to get all my water in ... even if it is more than 8 cups ..lol0

Glad you can get it in. Some days I have to choke down a few ounces to me more than 1/2 of the daily recommended.0
