Hopefully I can get the pics right. The before picture isn't great because, I was camera shy to say the least. Here I am at my son's birthday party last year at my SW of 178

I've got 6 more pounds to go to get to my goal but I am so proud of the changes I have already made, I just wanted to share!!! :happy:
