Hi, my name is Tim and I have been using MFP through the web and iPhone for about a month now. It's helpful, but I wash there was an app for willpower, because I think that's what I really need to stick to regular moderate meals rather than snacking. Another goal I have is to use more fresh food and get rid of the sodium laden processed foods. Hoping for the best! Thanks.

Welcome Tim,
I have the same goal of using more fresh foods and ridding myself of processed foods. I have all but given up flour products, as of a week ago and have gotten great results. I really thought I'd miss them but so far it hasn't been bad. I feel better and seem to have more energy.

Log in this way more often instead of the app version... It really does help! Aside from the support, there is so much browsing to do, tips, tricks, etc.... I use MFP app almost all day to log food, but also get on my pc to see forum info almost daily... SO inspiring to find out what others are doing, and also great advice fromeveryone...
