Hard time losing weight

I know its simple..Calories in = calories out.

However, I am always getting caught up in the science of things...
Was that work out even enough to count...
Was all that fruit just a load of sugar...
How much Protein?
Was that too many carbs?
Should I have had that snack at 8pm...

Stuff like that is always cycling through my head.... and then I usually get fed up and quit my efforts all together!

I need to just slow it down and relise that its simpler then that... Eat healthy, work out and keep a positive attitude... Thats all it comes down too!!

    I like the "KISS" method....Keep It Simple, Stupid. Weight loss is hard why make it harder?!?!?!

    the motivation, you know where to get it now!!!
    and thoses darn after 8 snacks,,grrr i find it hard,,i push myself to 7.
    did a cute note on the fridge, buffet close at 7. Water bar open all night,,,,lol
    it is hard, but we will do this, 1 calorie at the time,,,,,,haha
    i tought i was doing great with some fruit,,well well well,,,, some i tell you, i was so proud, eating my avocadot with 4 soda crackers,,well, just half of that avocado is 160 calories,, not including my 4 crackers,
    i think a good key is to actually KNOW what is low in cal, and not neccesarely good on vitamines wises,,,
    avocadot = green= you think should be good,,,well not that much obviously,,,,
    but we will do this!!!!!
