    I use runkeeper... to keep track of walks/runs through GPS... it tells you (if you want) how far and how fast you are averaging, still being able to use your own music.

    if you like to keep journals of your workout at the gym, iFitness is a good one. you can also keep track of other things like progres pics, measurements, etc. Has video on how to do exercises as well.

    I like their format for reps/sets.
