How much weight if any, do you gain during your period? I'm up 1 pound but expected to be down by 1 today so I'm a little disappointed. I feel with certainty that I have some weight from fluid even though I have worked out today. My hands are still puffy and my belly is a bit puffy. My official weigh in is tomorrow for my 1 month anniversary.

Sadly I can fluctuate 2-4lbs during TOM.0

I typically gain between 3-8 lbs, depending on whether or not I've given into cravings. After a few days of it starting, it falls back off though - it's just water retention.0

i gain anywhere up to 4lbs when i get my period so i avoid weighing in around that time
i really wouldn't let 1lb get you down as if it is weight gain due to your period it should drop off again in a few days xx0 -
I don't know about weight, but I water retain badly. I am always about 2 inches smaller round the middle after than before.0

About 2 pounds usually, but now I just don't weigh during my TOM.0

One pound up could be good. When you lose the water weight you probably be down!0

I typically gain anywhere from 1 to 3 pounds. I know tomorrow's your monthaversary, but if it were me, I'd probably postpone that weigh-in until your period is over with. Weigh-ins during your period don't count, IMO.0

I tend to average 4-5lbs but have (thanks to the salt cravings TOM brings me) hit as much as 8lbs in the past. I agree with the suggestion of NOT weighing durinng TOM.0
