Down 20lbs.. Can you tell a difference??

I have been doing this since Feb 1st and i cant really tell if i look different!! I wanted to put something together for others to tell me what they see!! ...Take a Look and let me know!! ;0)

I can see a difference. It is harder for us to see it on ourselves than for someone else to see it. I have lost almost 30 lbs, and I can't tell much except I am down 2 sizes. But, others see it really well. Keep up the good work!!!

There's a very nice difference there. Your arms look particularly thinner now than before. And like others said, your face and waist are noticeably different.

Fabulous job! Keep it up! Eventually your brain will adjust.
