Im new to this program

I have been doing this program for a little over a week and I have lost 2 lbs so far. That is actually pretty good for me considering I just had a lower back injury from doing Zumba. So now Im not alot to exercise for at least 2 weeks and that is driving me crazy. I have noticed that I do not eat as much since I started keeping track of my calories. My goal is mainly to tone up and lose some inches around my waist. I am a mother of 4 and a wife of 9 yrs. I am looking for serious people to help me stick to my goals! :happy:

    I am new too- I will b one week on Thursday. So far I have found my self also really reading labels of what I eat.
