I'm 146lbs and 5'5. Just got a HRM last week. I had already done the first 10 days of level one and had moved on to level 2 (so I find level 1 pretty managable compared to when I first started doing it) Today I did level 2 for the 5th day and burned 250 then later did level 1 and burned 236. Last time I did level 2 I burned 290.0

So if you enterin 20 mins of circuit training on level one then how much more are you burning at the other levels?0

Im 5ft 4, 170lb & I am currently on Level 2. Using my HRM to do the workout my burn varies in the range of 250-350. The only way you can be sure is to get yourself a HRM, thay are worth the money & you will know what you parsonaly are burning as opposed to people in general 0 0

When I looked it up said 192 calories0

People can only answer you what THEY lose (IF they have a HRM), if you don't have a HRM, it is impossible (and very unwise) to go by whatever is entered into MFP by others. Invest in a HRM.0
