Like so many other stories, this is my millionth time to try dieting, but I am going to try to make it work this time. After all, I know it will be easier now while I am 22 rather than wait until later. I just graduated from grad school in the fall and am now waiting for a job or to go back to grad school, so rather than sit here and eat (I am a major stress eater), I am going to try to take control of myself. While I cannot control everything in my life at the moment (and I like having control), I can at least control me and when life does hit the play button again, I can be a healthier, happier me. I look forward to reading others stories and learning from you as I go through this journey!
