No HRM, but..

I do something sort of like circuit training. The curves equipment is at the gym I go to, and I do like interval training, hard cardio between a trampoline, step ups, skipping, and jumping jacks and various strength training things. is it good enough to log 10 cals/minute like MFP logs it as? It doesn't seem right to me.

    Hey there and well done on your efforts.
    The thing with these guides is that they are general guides. so it is basically like an average for everyone.
    To Truely find your calories burnt you would need to get a HRM.
    I guess with the MFP guide is it is giving you a rough picture of what you are burning and from my experience these guides are usually under stated.
    It is good enough for you to go with what MFP is saying but if you are focussed and would like exact figures, then the HRM is the way to go :)
