Any swimmers out there? I started swimming laps in January. One to three times a week. Yesterday I swam a mile for the first time. It took me 45 minutes.

Hi there! I began swimming over a year ago when I started competing in Triathlons...I swim 3x a week aside from running, biking, lifting and yoga. Swimming is a nice break from all of the pressure I put on my joints!0

I prefer swimming, I cannot run to save my life, possibly because I feel like I can't breathe, but in the pool I'm pretty good! A mile in 45 minutes is pretty good, I do it in about 50 minutes at the moment, but I've not long started back at it again... My aim is a mile in 30 minutes0

1 mile! That's awesome.
I started doing Triathlons last year, swimming is my worst sport of the 3. I did get up to 1km distance, the winter off has taken it's toll, now I need to get back at it 3 times a week. Hopefully I'll get up to the 1 mile mark this year.0
