My fave when I'm on the treadmill:
My Humps - Black Eyed Peas

I try to re-enact Chazz Michael Michaels (Will Ferrell) on a treadmill in "Blades of Glory"

Love all the recent suggestions here...hip hop, heavy metal, u name it...luv it all. But I crave some 80's-pop workout nostalgia once in a while:

    Baltimora - Tarzan Boy
Billy Idol - Dancing with Myself
    tons other here: http://www.dailyspark.com/blog.asp?post=the_100_best_workout_songs_from_the_80s
