Hello. I joined just minutes ago and have been navagating through the site. Very helpful stuff here. Love the food tracker. I actually added one item to my lunch menu because according to what I had and am planning to eat all day was not enough calories. I also recently joined a gym. Trying to go 3 to 4 times a week. But life gets busy as a full time worker and a mom with two active school age boys at home. So I will squeeze in whatever time I have during the week. One good thing is my odest boy joined gym with me so we go together. So anyway. Good luck to all of us trying to loose that extra winter pounds before short season. Not much time left so I have to really be on the ball with this diet and exercise.
