so started my journey back in the fall i believe in nov 2010 i had lost 10lb from nov to dec and gained 5 dec to jan and at the end of jan i have started again going to the gym i been going to the gym for almost two months for atleast 4 days 60mins the most but i lose 2 lbs then keep gaining one cuz ill eat right for like 2 weeks and eat bad like recently became a vegetarian just cause i had a very bad meat experience i eat eggs occasionally but not often i eat lots of diary and take womens 1 aday multi vitamins. and im just discourage right now cuz i cant keep off that damn lb i keep gaining back...sweets r my enemy beacuse thats whats killing me my house always has sweets due to the other ppl there n they will not Not buy it so its always staring me in my face during my weak times which has been latly grr

Don't be discourage stick with it. But you have to find a healthy balance in your diet. Vegetarian, you can still get your protien from soy. They have a lot of soy burgers, that are quite tastey, have the patty with a salad, some jello, you will be on track. Try and use fruit for your sweet tooth instead of sweets.
Good luck, and don't give up. Slowly but surely it will come off.0 -
yea the sweets is my issues i should carry some around with me most of the time .....0
