Hi Guys, i'm just starting on MyfitnessPal ! I love the idea of this app on my phone it will help me keep motivated, espacially on exercise :wink: Any help with motivation would be much appreciated. I have about 50 Lbs to loose, and I plan go at my goal 5 pounds at a time, slowly but surely. Since I don't have a pal that wants to exercise with me, If there is a virtual pal that wants to push me towards exercising, it would be very cool. I have started an exerise program at my local gym, and I try to go there 3 times per week, at 6 in the morning.

    Hi I am fairly new here also! I have been just kinda looking at stuff for awhile, but set this week to kick it in gear!
    I am ready to get fit!!
    So lets do this!!
    We can get rid of this extra lbs!!!
