I have tons of different teas up in my cupboard. Am I right to assume that if there is no nutrition label on the box the stats for it (cals, etc) are 0? thats what I've been going on,and the ones that are entered in the database already all have 0 for their stats.

I understand that all teas have 0 calories if you don´t add sugar or anything to them....

Err. No. Peanut Butter often has no stats on the label!

But green tea has no calories. It has very high fluorine, and lots of other good things. Black tea just has the milk calories.

most tea, unless you're adding things to it, is 0 cals, but i'd google the brand & nutritional info just to be sure.

It depends if it's flavored with something or not. Plain green/black/white tea have no calories. If it's has orange flavor or something like that it may have like 5 calories.

i've never heard of pb without nutritional info unless it is homemade...?

My little sister for years thought PB was calorie free as it didn't have them on the label! This is in the UK, though.

    now I'm all confused.
In Canada (where I live, not sure how it works in the states) everything that has any nutritional value has to have a nutritional label on it. The tea I'm drinking now is ginger peach and is packed with flavour, but again the box had no nutrition label. But it would make sense that it would have a few calories in it.

I drink flavored green tea every day and it has almost zero everything, but it usually has up to 15 mg of potassium depending on the flavor.
