Delicious Veggie Burger Wrap

My latest lunch food obsession is a Veggie Burger wrap all under 250 Calories!

Ingredients:

1 Light Flat Out wrap (I love the italian herb flavor)
2 TBSP Hummus (I love Tribe red pepper, but use whichever flavor is your favorite)
1 Veggie Burger patty (I like Boca Mushroom Mozzarella)
1 Cup Alfa Alfa spouts
1 Cup Spring Salad mix

Directions:

Nuke the Veggie Burger according to the package instructions, dice it up.
Spread hummus on the wrap.
Add Veggie Burger bits, Alfa Alfa sprouts & Spring Mix. Wrap it up and Enjoy!!!!!!

I eat this wrap with a cup of a light soup (like a mushroom barley or veggie) and my lunch ends up around 350-400 calories. All very nutritious and delicious!
