:drinker: This program has been the most easy way for me to loose weight.
I have lost 23lbs in 33 days just by knowing when to stop eating and what to not eat if I want to reach my Goal.
Before I didn't know how many calories were in each item at fast food resturants.

    23lb in 33 days. a bit unhealthy isnt it as most people only loss 1 stone is a month not nearly 2. a healthy loss is 2 and half lb a week

    Cant be as bad for you as the Bread Pasta Potato diet we were on. :)

    well im doing really well have lost 30lbin 11 weeks

    It's been 173 days since i started myfitnesspal Feb 17, 2011. It's now Aug 8, 2011. I have lost 56-lb since i started which amounts to 0.323-lbs per day average. Sometimes there will be no loss for 2 to 3 weeks. Sat Aug 6 was family reunion which put all loss on hold with all that great food but now it's time to get back on coarse. I have 28 more pounds to reach my original goal then i may go lower. :happy: :laugh: :tongue:
